Readiness

Propelor supports founders to craft a compelling investment case. We work with founders to define a fundraising strategy, sharpen the story, and run a disciplined process so investors see both the opportunity and you plan to execute. Our role is to augment your team, coach you through key moments, and support your timeline.

Focus areas: fundraising strategy and round sizing/structure; financial model and runway planning; investor narrative and deck; KPI definition and growth narrative; data room setup; diligence preparation; pitch rehearsal.

Dedicated Office Space

Managed by Propelor, the Incubation Centre @ Propelor provides flexible, affordable offices in Waterford (IDA Industrial Estate, Cork Road) with free access to on-site consultants, lockable one- or two-person offices, 24/7 access, broadband, meeting rooms and printers.

Prep4Seed

Prep4Seed is the Irish BICs’ 12-week accelerator for companies who are in the process of raising seed funding. During the accelerator we blend masterclasses with hands-on 1:1 consulting, intense pitch preparation, and networking opportunities with the Irish investment community.

PreSeed+

PreSeed+ is a focused 6-week accelerator for early-stage teams. We assist them to validate the market, map the roadmap, and build the financial plan, through targeted workshops and 1:1 sessions that move you fast.

PSSF Readiness

The Irish BICs host monthly online workshops that offers applicants a deeper understanding of the Enterprise Ireland Pre-Seed Start Fund application process and eligibility requirements for a successful application.
